Our Credit Policy

Low Risk, Royal Savings and Loans’ Credit Policy

To ensure the security of our deposits, Royal Savings and Loans follows a strict credit policy, one that has resulted in not losing money on any loan we have issued since our inception.

Who we loan to:

Royal Savings and Loans will only lend money to legal residents of the Czech Republic.

Ability to pay:

Royal Savings and Loans will only lend money to people who have demonstrated the ability to pay their loan payments.

Credit History:

Credit history from home country must be excellent for us to extend credit to our lenders.

Collateral

Royal Savings and Loans will only lend up to a maximum of 90% of the Collateral’s fair market value. This ensures that in the event of liquidation, we will recover 100% of the proceeds of our loan.
